- An alleged ex-girlfriend/fiancee who betrayed him.

- There's always an element of heartbreak, which is true of most Casanova-type scams.

- If the alleged ex-girlfriend/fiancee is working in Singapore, he claims to give them free access, and in some stories shared, he even gives away the luxury condo to them after breaking up. He claims that the luxury condo is located in Sentosa.

BRIAN WEE HAS BEEN KNOWN TO MOVE INTO HIS VICTIMS' HOMES WHILE IN BETWEEN "WORK TRAVEL" AND MAKE HIS ROUNDS AS HE WILL BE HOLDING MULTIPLE RELATIONSHIPS AT THE SAME TIME.

HE HAS ALSO BORROWED MONEY, SOME EVEN GOING UP TO SIX FIGURES.
